Sub-Processors

Tabula LLC, doing business as Marcel (“Marcel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses certain third-party service providers (“Sub-processors”) to assist in providing and operating the Marcel platform and related services (the “Services”).
Sub-processors may process Personal Data on our behalf in connection with providing the Services, as described in our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
This page provides a list of Marcel’s current Sub-processors, including their location and the purpose of processing.

Sub-processor Engagement
Before engaging a Sub-processor that processes Personal Data on behalf of customers, Marcel:
Conducts reasonable due diligence regarding the Sub-processor’s security and privacy practices;
Enters into a written agreement with the Sub-processor that includes data protection obligations consistent with applicable data protection laws; and
Requires the Sub-processor to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data.
Marcel remains responsible for the acts and omissions of its Sub-processors to the extent required by applicable data protection laws.
Updates to Sub-processors
From time to time, Marcel may update this list of Sub-processors to reflect changes in our service providers.
Where required by our Data Processing Addendum, Marcel will provide customers with advance notice before engaging a new Sub-processor that will process Personal Data on behalf of customers.
Customers may reasonably object to a new Sub-processor on data protection grounds in accordance with the procedures described in the Data Processing Addendum.
